Scots at War is a living history group dedicated to the portrayal of Scottish soldiers, medical personnel and civilians, from 1899 to 1945.


Focusing on the Royal Scots, the Black Watch, and the Scottish Women's Hospitals, we aim to experience aspects of life in the past first hand, as well as providing public living history displays.

Yorkshire Wartime Experience

On 29th  and 30th July we attended the living history weekend at Dunkeld, a great event

Our next event is at the historic and fantastic venue of Lauriston Castle in Edinburgh on Saturday September 16th. where we'll be depicting different aspects of life and service in the early days and months of the Great War
